Returns Policy

No returns without authorization will be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for errors not made on our part. No returns accepted after 30 days from sale.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned include, but are not limited to:

  • Close Outs
  • Clearance Items
  • Special Orders
  • Custom Orders
  • Used Parts


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping


The carrier we use for shipping is UPS.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and/or dimension-based. The weight and/or dimension of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Some items will have special shipping, such as oversized parts that require to be shipped by freight truck and will be charged actual shipping cost.  Contact Us to obtain a full shipping quote and estimated time of delivery for any of these items containing **Special Shipping** on the product page.

Customer is responsible for non-standard additional shipping charges which included but are not limited to, oversize fees, special handling surcharges, expedited shipping and truck freight fees.
